2. Eligibility for Withdrawals
Users may request withdrawals once their earnings reach the minimum payout threshold specified on their dashboard. MyCashLink reserves the right to modify the minimum threshold and payout schedule as necessary.
3. Withdrawal Requests
- Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment accounts linked to the user profile.
- Processing times may vary based on the payment method and verification status.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval for compliance and fraud prevention.
4. Processing & Fees
Withdrawal requests typically take 3–7 business days to process. Transaction or gateway fees, if applicable, will be deducted from the payout amount. MyCashLink is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
5. Refund Policy
MyCashLink operates a referral-based platform where payments made for subscriptions, plans, or upgrades are generally non-refundable. Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error.
- Unauthorized transaction verified through investigation.
- System failure preventing access to purchased services.
All refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction date, accompanied by proof of payment.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds are not provided for change of mind or user error.
- Commissions and referral earnings once credited are final and non-reversible.
- Accounts found to violate the Terms & Conditions are not eligible for refunds or withdrawals.
7. Account Verification
Before processing any withdrawal or refund, users must complete full KYC verification. MyCashLink reserves the right to withhold or cancel payouts if verification is incomplete or suspicious activity is detected.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support first may result in suspension of the user account. MyCashLink reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence to the payment processor.

We may revise this policy periodically. Updated versions will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after any update implies acceptance of the changes.
